WARM provides a GHG accounting tool and background documentation for reclaimed asphalt pavement and reclaimed asphalt shingles. WARM is available in two forms – an Excel spreadsheet and a web-based calculator. The tool allows the user to calculate net emissions for various waste management scenarios for RAP and RAS.
